Phone Lines Repaired

Having had 8 days of frustration and stress, not to mention loss of income etc etc; I am delighted that all our phone lines and broadband are back in action. If you experience similar difficulties; don't waste time waiting to be directed to various departements. Go straight to the Cheif Exec. Things really start to happen then!

Transfering my phoneline from OPAL (Talk Talk) to BT has been a nightmare!
Between them they have lost my number in the abyss and cut off my business line.
They are each blaming each other and no-one really cares.
